Overview of the Chakras and Chakra 1
The chakras are energy vortices that centripetally swirl main known universal elements or aspects into the body and therefore into the consciousness. It is helpful to recognize your own inductive and deductive tendencies of understanding, especially if English is your original embodied language, because the understanding of the chakras predates both types of reasoning. Reasoning and objective understanding, in fact, cause dissociative stresses in the body when attempting to understand the chakras. We can cognize and therefore experience them the following way:
The main universal elements of matter, water, fire, oxygen, ether, light, and space (and/or anti-space or unspace, i.e., black holes and related) must be part of the body and mind in order to exist.
As human beings integrally part of planet earth, which is integrally connected to the space it exists within and astride, we can therefore experience basic universal components both in and outside the body.
The body can be thought of as imprintable, recording energy that courses through it. These imprints are memory, mind, and body.
DNA can be thought of as karma.
Grounded consciousness experienced as action can be thought of as dharma.
In the context of chakra study, the fact that science has proven the existence of basic universal elements is significant only in that these learnings are a cumulative, i,e., chronological, part of life in the 21st century. More understanding will come from the human mind, and hopefully, restoratively, from the heart, in this century. Humanity would benefit from integrating more understanding of the bent nature of time and elliptical nature of space into daily life and also transmuted through the processes, definitions, and power structures of global institutions.
Chakra 1 is experienced via the bones and specifically through the tailbone (the primordial tail), matter or earth, tribe or genetics/DNA, safety, fear, and money (which as an invention of humans represents the most fundamental meta-lingual energy flow currently in existence), and its main imprints in the body take place between gestation and approximately one year old.
