Teaching and strategic communications
Hi. I’m Kim Weeks and work in direct, real-life experience, research, and a deep respect for study and lineage. Knowledge and continued learning are my backbone because, throughout my career in yoga for more than 20 years, I’ve observed that these qualities bring boundaries to boundless concepts. My mission is to foster transformation.
I am a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) and a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with 25 years of business, mindfulness, and yoga experience. I have been cultivating and growing yoga and mindful action communities since 2002, when I first started Boundless Yoga in Washington, DC. Since Covid, my mindfulness and strategic communications consultancy and yoga classes have been online and remain mostly there, aside from work I am beginning to do in Denver.
Join our warm, welcoming community of people from all over the world and with differently-abled bodies, ages, and practice needs: All of us are here to be our best selves.
If you represent an organization, I work with different sizes of institutions that are in different lifecycle eras, to help them to apple daily, management, and other workforce problems with mindful movement, breath work, and meditation solutions in a “field to forum” way. Learn more about my corporate mindfulness teachings, seminars, facilitated group sessions, and other practice-based projects. This work is designed for C-Suite executives, managers, and employees alike to identify and minimize specific stressors through basic, practical, and interpersonal mindfulness practices between employees, managers and reports, and in team building.
The Weeks Well online platform offers weekly classes, workshops, and other series that teach the strengthening of the body, breath, and mind. You’ll also get 400+ recorded class of every different level and type and quarterly 1:1 check-ins with me in addition to the live classes offered every week.
I also host the weekly podcast The Weeks Well, which is nice way to learn from master practitioners at all stages of their yoga maturation, and to understand where yoga lineage threads from and how they might help you. We think of yoga practices as daily hygiene that help you integrate physical, mental, and practical, life-based practices into your life.
Our relatable, accessible, practical, and implementable programs are designed to transform you.
