Baddhakonasana, or Bound Angle Pose


Can you see how this pose could be easy for some and yet so challenging for others? Try it and see how it lands for you. Baddha Konasana or Bound Angle is one of those deceptively simple actions that simultaneously strengthens and soothes the back. In the #techage, it is mission critical because it opens all your collapsed places.

I am so glad to have included this in the challenge because it’s the oldest pose recorded and there’s a poetry to its inclusion in any class or sequence today. Don’t be shy to do it on lots of support!
